Are we one of those places that says "All sales are final"? No, we're not. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you bought the wrong item or the wrong size we'll work with you to get you what you wanted.
Returns - We accept returns, but of course there have to be a few rules. Returned items must be complete with all original packaging, and be in sellable condition. If you've lost the tags to a jacket or it has bugs on it showing it was worn, or if you destroyed the package your lights came in then it's not in sellable condition. Use common sense. Is it still in a condition that you would accept if you received it that way from us?
All items must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and will be reviewed by us prior to a refund being issued. If it's been less than 30 days then there won't even be a restocking charge. We really want to work with you, all we ask is that you be willing to work with us.
There are a few exceptions of course. If you mail order a helmet, and you receive what you ordered, then we can't take it back. We have no way of knowing what happened to it once you received it.
With any order, if we sent you the wrong thing, or if something is defective, then of course we will make it right.
Special Orders - These will be handled on a case by case basis.
In order to simplify any returns and to streamline the refund process, please contact us prior to sending anything back. Also, make sure the item(s) are packed at least as well as they were when you received them. When possible use a service that provides tracking of your package, and if the package has items of any value then insure the package as well. We cannot be responsible for nor provide a refund for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen before they make it back to our door.
